This ensures that all relevant time registrations are stored centrally and in a structured way within the system, minimizing manual administration.

Within the same customer portal, both clients and subcontractors can be added to the CRM system. Once they have access, they can easily register their worked hours on the assigned cases. This approach increases transparency and makes collaboration between parties more efficient, as all stakeholders have real-time insight into the recorded work.
An important part of this functionality is the approval process. The entered hours can be approved or rejected by the administrator or system user. This ensures control over the accuracy and completeness of the submitted data, which is essential for reliable reporting and invoicing.
In addition, the system offers the ability to generate PDF exports of time registrations per client or subcontractor. These exports can be used directly for administration, reporting, or invoicing towards clients, further streamlining and professionalizing the entire process.
